Email us a list of your items and their dimensions. We will promptly reply with the appropriate car size.
I have friends who can help me, can they ride in the transport vehicle?
Only one seat is guaranteed, any more seats depend on the chosen vehicle's seat availability.
Will the price be lower if I don't need any extra help from the company?
The driver will be there to load, transport and unload. Optional extra costs are only added if you need more help than that, otherwise it is a set price.
I need urgent transportation by tomorrow, is that possible?
Call us directly or send us an e-mail as soon as possible with your contact info and we will get back to you shortly. Add 'ASAP' (As Soon As Possible) in the e-mail subject title.
My things are located at two different locations, is it okay to make several stops?
The price might vary depending on several factors, but surely we can do it.
The planned date for moving has changed, how can I cancel my order?
Call or e-mail us, and add 'Cancel' in the e-mail subject title.
How come the final price is higher than the estimate?
The price estimate is just that - an estimate. Sometimes in the act of moving, some details are left out, added, or simply require extra attention. We want to give you the best moving experience, at a reasonable price.
